All of our care staff are criminal record checked and are recruited through a robust process that requires up to date references and a full employment history.

They go through a comprehensive induction programme that helps to prepare them to perform their duties to the best of their abilities in providing a service that meets the highest standard.

Training updates are routinely given so that employees can keep pace with the ever evolving changes that occur in social care.

We actively promote staff to be warm and friendly to our service users and to always listen to your views and concerns.
